Capture the deeply personal story of artist and veteran John Melillo — using his journey from PTSD to passion as a window into Long Island's landscapes, waterways, and enduring character as part of a broader regional tourism campaign.
Execution
We developed and produced a documentary-style brand film following John Melillo across the locations that shaped him — from the bay where he fished with his father to the studio where he translates memory into paint. The film balances intimate personal storytelling with cinematic landscape photography to create a portrait that feels both specific and universal. Part of the Discover Long Island series that won 2 Telly Awards including General — Online Series, Shows & Segments and Campaign — Travel & Tourism.
