Knockoff versions of LifeVac's anti-choking device had proliferated across social media, creating genuine confusion about which product was legitimate. LifeVac needed a spot that addressed both new buyers and their existing audience — making brand authenticity impossible to miss without turning a serious issue into a lecture.
Execution
