A VideoMax Starter Plan
You shoot. We finish.
A monthly editing and post-production retainer for brands, creators, and businesses who have content to work with and need a reliable process to turn it into finished, deployable assets.
Built for brands, creators, and businesses who are already creating.
Not every production starts from scratch. You may already have footage from your team, a phone shoot, a podcast recording, a product walkthrough, or a library of existing brand assets. What you're missing isn't more content — it's the process to turn what you have into something finished and ready to use.
That's what this is designed for.
How VideoMax works
VideoMax is a monthly credit-based retainer. Each month you receive a set of production credits. Those credits are applied toward the work you actually need — editing, finishing, motion graphics, or production when you're ready for it. Unused credits roll forward so slower months don't mean wasted budget. You always know what you're getting before the month begins.
This page covers our entry-level editing tier. If your needs are bigger — regular shoot days, full campaign production, or a deeper creative partnership — our full VideoMax plans are built for that.
What we handle.
Every engagement is scoped around your actual output and budget, but the core of what we do is always the same:
-
Editing and assembly from your provided footage and assets
-
Color correction and audio cleanup
-
Music selection and audio mix
-
Titles, text, and basic motion elements
-
Format optimization for your primary platform
Depending on your monthly budget and scope, engagements can also include motion graphics, stock footage sourcing, voiceover integration, and more involved editorial work. Everything is defined before we start so you know exactly what you're getting each month.
The work scales to what you need — and what your budget supports.
What finished work looks like.
The examples below represent a range of complexity and production value — from simple clip edits built from phone footage to more involved pieces that required scripting, stock footage, and voiceover. Monthly plans vary in what they can support. We'll talk through what's realistic for your budget and cadence in our first conversation.

Who this is built for.
You have footage, assets, or existing content that needs to be turned into finished, professional videos on a regular basis.
You want a reliable editing partner who understands your brand and delivers consistent output every month — without you managing the process each time.
You're not currently running full productions but want the option to add shooting when the time is right.
You want predictable monthly costs instead of unpredictable freelancer invoices or project-by-project guesswork.
If that describes where you are, this is worth a conversation.
How it works.
You share footage, assets, or direction on whatever cadence matches your output — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We edit, finish, and deliver assets optimized for your primary platform.
Scope and deliverables are defined before each month begins. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it arrives. No surprises, no scope creep, no chasing invoices.
As your needs grow — more volume, more complexity, or adding shoot days — your plan can grow with you.

Your monthly investment.
VideoMax Starter is built around what you actually need — not a fixed deliverable list. Most clients invest between $750 and $1,500 per month depending on how much content they need finished and how often.
Every client uses their credits differently. Some want consistent output every month. Some let credits accumulate toward something more involved. Some do both depending on the season. Credits roll forward so nothing is wasted and nothing is wasted forcing output when you don't need it.
We scope it together before anything starts so your monthly investment maps directly to what you're actually getting.
When editing isn't enough.
Some clients start here and grow into something bigger. When your content needs expand beyond finishing existing footage — when you want regular shoot days, campaign-level creative development, or a full production partner integrated into your marketing calendar — that's what our full VideoMax retainer is built for.
VideoMax includes monthly creative credits that roll over, access to full production capabilities, strategic planning and campaign development, and a production partner who understands your brand across every project. It's designed for teams that need more than a finishing process — they need a content engine.
